Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, our checkout system instantly syncs with our automated fulfillment queue. Because packing and label generation begin almost immediately, we are unable to cancel, amend, or modify any orders once they are submitted. Please carefully double-check your items, quantities, and shipping address before clicking "Place Order."

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or marked "Delivered" but I can't find it?

Every single package shipped from Badminton Town is fully insured via Shippo Insurance to protect your investment. If your package is lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with your order number (and photos of the damage, if applicable) so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf and get a replacement or refund issued.
Please note: Transit insurance specifically covers packages lost or damaged while in the carrier's possession. It generally does not cover "porch piracy" (packages marked as successfully "Delivered" by the carrier but stolen from your doorstep), so please ensure your shipping destination is secure.

How long should I expect my order to take to be shipped?

Accepted Answer

You should expect your items to be shipped within 2-4 business days. As soon as your order is packed and the label is printed, you will receive an automatic email containing your carrier tracking number so you can follow its progress in real-time.

Who pays for return shipping, and are there any handling fees?

Accepted Answer

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, all eligible returns are subject to a 15% Restocking & Processing Fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are completely non-refundable.
