A legal disclaimer-Badminton Town

At Badminton Town, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Because high-performance badminton equipment is highly susceptible to structural fatigue, wear, and aesthetic damage, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory for all customers.
 

1. Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.

2. Strict Condition Requirements

To eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, items must be in 100% brand-new, unplayed, and resellable condition, with all original factory packaging, tags, and protective wraps completely intact.

• Badminton Rackets: The factory plastic wrap on the handle must be completely intact and unopened. Any racket that has had the handle wrap removed, has been custom-strung, or shows any signs of court scuffs, scratches, or grip modifications is strictly non-returnable.

• Shuttlecocks / Birdies: Due to the fragile and consumable nature of natural feathers and nylon skirts, all sales of shuttlecock tubes are final once the outer tube seal or tape cap has been broken. We cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or partially used tubes under any circumstances.

• Apparel & Shoes: Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which must be placed inside a separate shipping box (do not use the shoe box as the shipping container).

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Return Shipping: The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verifiable mistake by Badminton Town (e.g., wrong item sent).

• Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% Restocking & Processing Fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

• Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at Admin@badmintontown.net with your Order Number and photos of the items demonstrating they are still sealed and in original condition. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
